When given the chance to work with Norfolk Safety CIC, this seemed like a great opportunity to combine my B2B and not-for-profit sector experience. Having previously had in-house marketing support, Norfolk Safety CIC were looking for me to re-new and revive their marketing activity.
Working with the Managing Director to develop a new business plan in conjunction with a marketing strategy, we identified how my role could support their business to grow in a competitive and challenging environment.
Norfolk Safety refined its training programme and developed products that could help the business with sustainable growth. Customer comms and materials were updated to support brand awareness and give consistent messaging about CIC activities and the impact of the company’s work. Opportunities to work with other partners were developed and supported with marketing activity.
